About Dragan Lazareski - Founder and Managing director

Dragan Lazareski graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Skopje at the "St. Cyril and Methodius" University in 1990, and received his master's degree in 2014, at the same faculty on the subject, risk management in industrial activity, connecting on a scientific basis the insurance activity as a financial service with the mechanical sciences, more precisely the implementation of the mechanical sciences in insurance.

For this to be possible, the work career in insurance contributed from 24 years until the period of master's degree, and today already over 30 years.

Starting his career in insurance as a senior associate for industrial insurance, assessment and liquidation of claims, at the headquarters of the then state insurance company ADOR "Macedonia" in 1994, after spending 4 years in the industry in the early 90s, he was appointed for the head of the Рeinsurance department in 1995 with tasks for the development and implementation of modern risk management in the company. Due to his success in this area, he was appointed as the company's Reinsurance Director in 1998. He led several projects for the implementation of new business strategies in the company, and after the privatization of the company in 2001, when it becomes part of the global insurance group QBE Europe, has been appointed Executive Director of Major Accounts in 2003. He left the company in order to establish brokerage-insurance company, Euromak broker AD. In the following decade, the company, but also himself continued to participat in the reshaping Macedonian insurance market, having been investor and Managing director in two green filed projects, "Osiguritelna Polisa" in 2005, and later in 2009 of "Croatia Insurance - Non-life", Macedonia. Since 2014 he focused his efforts and business plans only to Euromak broker, becoming it’s President, and in 2017, Managing director, doing that position ever since.
